This notice of motion is for restoring an arbitration application that came to be dismissed for default on 28th August 2014. Mr.Sawant appearing for applicant states that it was in effect his fault that the application came to be dismissed.

I have considered the affidavit in support and also heard Mr. Sawant for applicant. In the interest of justice, I am allowing the notice of motion in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Arbitration Application No. 127 of 2014 is restored to file.

Notice of motion accordingly disposed.
