Learned counsel for the Defendants tender an affidavit proving service of notice on the Plaintiffs in terms of the order dated 7 December 2015. The Plaintiffs are absent even today. The suit is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. In view of the dismissal of the suit, Notice of Motion (L) No. 2285 of 2012 does not survive and the same is also dismissed.
