Mr. P.V. Dubey, i/b Sarwankar & Co., for the Petitioner. Mr. Abhay Dhadiwal, i/b Khaitan & Jayakar, for the Respondent. CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

20th June 2016 PC:- 1.

It appears that all four Chamber Summonses were allowed by an order dated 25th January 2012. These are Chamber Summonses Nos. 181 of 2011, 182 of 2011, 183 of 2011 and 184 of 2011. Of this Chamber summons No. 183 of 2011 is on board today. I am informed that the order of 25th January 2012 is, for some reason, not being uploaded, or at any rate it is not disputed that all the four Chamber Summonses were allowed. These matters cannot be allowed to further delayed only for the reasons such as this. 20th June 2016
