The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 (District Magistrate, Pune) to decide the application filed by the Petitioner-Bank under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act, 2002 (for short "SARFAESI Act") and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Today when the matter is called out, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner-Bank has brought to our notice that during the pendency of this Petition, Respondent No.1 (District Magistrate, Pune) has passed an order dated 11th January 2024 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. He, therefore, submitted that nothing now survives in the above Writ Petition and sought leave to withdraw the same. In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
