After this matter was argued for some time, Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that order dated 25 th July 2019 granting Letters of Administration in respect of properties and effects of one Bhagwan Ramchandra Gotal in Testamentary Petition No.347 of 2017 as subsequently amended by order dated 9 th December 2020 be set aside by consent.

In light of this, the grant of Letters of Administration in LGC

2 (15) MPT-38.23.doc Testamentary Petition No.347 of 2017 is set aside with liberty to the parties to apply afresh.
