1) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the he made applications and the representation to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide his eligibility in respect of the commercial premises and insert his name in Annexure II as eligible slum dweller, his representation has not been decided so far. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to consider the limited grievance of the petitioner. Hence, the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 have to decide the representation of the petitioner after hearing him on merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to submit compilation of documents. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
