Grievance of the Petitioner is that though two letters have been written to Additional Collector and Deputy Collector, they have not decided his representation. This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, this Petition can be disposed of by directing the Additional Collector and Deputy Collector to decide the Petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of four weeks. In the event the said authority comes to the conclusion that the Petitioner is eligible, his name may be inserted in Annexure-II as eligible slum dweller and provide to him all the benefits under S.R.A.

2/2 WP/23/2015 Scheme. If the said representation is rejected, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. Needless to mention that the Petitioner is permitted to submit all documents to the competent authority.
