This Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint inter alia by incorporating certain subsequent developments in the matter. These developments inter alia include payments made by the Defendant to the Plaintiff during the pendency of the Commercial Summary Suit and corrections in the suit claim and other figures accordingly. The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause -(a). Amendments to be carried out within two weeks.
