Within two weeks from today parties to file their respective affidavit of documents and within one week thereafter parties to complete discovery and inspection and within a week thereafter parties to file and exchange their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial. At this stage, Ms. Aparna Muralidharan, counsel appearing for the defendant nos.2 and 3 states that defendant nos.2 and 3 have not filed their written statement. This suit is of the year 2007. Therefore, as and by way of last chance, the defendant nos.2 and 3 to file their written statement and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiffs by 13th September, 2016 and also comply with the directions given above.
