DATE : 15 JUNE 2023 P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time on the ground that there are no instructions. The Petitioner has sought various prayers, essentially the challenge is to the order of transfer dated 22 February 2017. There is no interim order in this Petition filed in the year 2018 and it is pending.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent informs that the Petitioner joined the transferred post at Diu on 9 July 2019 and
8. WP 180.19.doc spent three years at the transferred place Diu and thereafter, has come back to Mumbai on 12 April 2022.

Clearly, the Petition does not survive and that is the reason perhaps the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not getting any instructions.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. If there are any other reliefs and claims survive, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue the same as per law. SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
