Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The Respondents undertake to pay the dues of the Petitioner as follows :

a.

Rs. 8 Lacs on or before 28th March, 2015.

b.

The balance arrears at the rate of Rs.1 Lac per month plus the regular monthly instalment on or before 10th day of each month commencing from 10th April, 2015.

ii.

The above undertaking is accepted.
