The Petitioner who is appearing in person, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the PIL with liberty to challenge the constitutional validity of specific provisions of the Companies Act, 2014. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. PIL is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
