For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Upon the caveat being filed, the Applicants shall file and serve an affidavit in support on or before 9th February 2015. Upon

922-CST156-14.DOC that affidavit being filed, Petition to be renumbered as Suit and to proceed accordingly.

It is made clear that if no affidavit in support of the Caveat is filed and served on or before 9th February 2015, the Caveat will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and the Petition will then proceed as an uncontested Petition for grant of Letters of Administration. It is further clarified that there will be no extension of time granted for filing the affidavit in support of the Caveat.
