When the matter had came up on last occasion, namely, on 03.06.2019, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff had stated that Defendant No.2 has gone into liquidation, and therefore, the Plaintiff seeks time to take out the appropriate proceedings to bring the liquidator on record. In these circumstances, the matter was stood over to 05.07.2019. When the matter is called out today, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff states that despite Tauseef

17-COMS.22.2012.doc several letters being written to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff is not responding. In fact, no proceedings to bring liquidator on record have also been filed.
