There is no Affidavit in Reply filed by the Plaintiff. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Plaintiff be directed to join the Applicants herein as

(b) that the Plaintiff be directed to amend the Plaint and proceedings as per Schedule hereto".
