Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Writ Petition filed by the applicant has been been dismissed under the orders of the Prothonotary & Senior Master in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out.

nmw-27.18.odt Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition of the applicants removing all office objections in the main Writ Petition within a period of one month from today. On failure of the applicant to remove office objection within the stipulated period, the Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. (RIYAZ I.
