Advocate for the Plaintiff states that the Plaintiff has received the sum of US$ 180,000/- in full and final settlement of their claims against the Defendants and seeks to withdraw the above Admiralty Suit. 2.
Plaintiff undertakes to pay Sheriff's Poundage within 4 weeks from today. 3.
There is no Caveat against Release of the Defendant no. 1 filed in the present Admiralty Suit.

Order of arrest dated 8th October, 2015 stands vacated. Formal Instrument of Release is dispensed with.
5.
Plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the Suit and the Admiralty Suit stands disposed as withdrawn.

Refund of Court Fees as per rules.

The Plaintiff states that the Defendant no. 1 Vessel is also under Orders of Arrest in Admiralty Suit no. 73 of 2015, filed against the Defendant no. 1 Vessel.

All concerned authorities, Port and Customs shall act on the copy of the Order, duly authenticated as True Copy by the Associate of the Bombay High Court.
