Mr JP Avasia has accepted the appointment as an Arbitrator. His statement of disclosure is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. The Arbitration Application is disposed of by the following order:

(a) The disputes between the parties is referred to the sole arbitration of Mr JP Avasia, counsel of this Court; (b) The statement of claim and reply filed before the previous Arbitrator will be filed again before Mr Avasia along with all documents already filed;

921-CARAPL75-16.DOC (c) The Advocates for the Petitioners will supply an authenticated copy of this order to Mr Avasia on or before 17th March 2017;

(d) Mr Avasia is requested to call of a preliminary meeting for directions at his earliest convenience.

It is clarified that the reference to arbitration will mean a reference to the arbitration before Mr Avasia and not his predecessor. The time for completion of the arbitration will be computed accordingly.

The Arbitration Application is disposed of in these terms. No costs.
