Petition can be conveniently disposed of in terms of prayer (b), which reads as under:
"(b) The Hon'ble Court may issue direction to the Respondent in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other writ appropriate whereby the Respondent may be directed to take decision of permanent accommodation to the Petitioner within a stipulated time."

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has no objection if such a direction is given to an appropriate authority to make an inquiry and decide the eligibility of the Petitioner to get an alternate accommodation within a period of 12 weeks.
