Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks two weeks time to apply to the office of the Court Receiver for seeking enforcement of the order dated 1st July, 2015 and undertakes to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The petitioner is granted two weeks time to apply for enforcement of the order dated 1st July, 2015 and to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver.

If the petitioner fails to apply for enforcement of the said order dated 1st July, 2015 within two weeks and/or to pay the costs, 1/2

924-crr634-15 charges and expenses of the Court Receiver simultaneously, the order dated 1st July, 2015 passed by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. The petitioner is directed to pay the costs of Rs.3000/- to the Court Receiver within two weeks from today.
