Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has no objection if the Court Receiver is discharged and agrees to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of such costs, charges and expenses by the office of the Court Receiver. The statement is accepted.

The Court Receiver is accordingly discharged without drawing any accounts however, on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver which shall be 1/2
922-crr632-15 communicated to the petitioner's advocate within two weeks from today. The petitioner shall pay such costs within two weeks from the date of such communication. The petitioner is also directed to pay the costs of Rs.3000/- to the Court Receiver in addition to the costs, charges and expenses that may be communicated to the petitioner by the office of the Court Receiver.
