The petitioner no.1 is a member of the society, which has already moved this court by filing Writ Petition (L) No. 219 of 2018 in respect of the subject matter of present petition. The petitioner no.2 is the husband of petitioner no.1, who is residing along with petitioner no.1. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that the Division Bench of this court (Coram: Abhay S. Oka and Riyaz I. Chagla, JJ.) by order dated 4/7/2018 disposed of the Writ Petition (L) No. 219 of 2018 and other connected petitions. The said order is annexed to the present petition at Exhibit "D".

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceeding in the above mentioned disposed of petitions. 3.

Leave is granted. Petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
