The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps according to law as per order dated 19/04/2012 passed by this court in appeal No.177/2011 in arbitration petition No.565/2008. To that effect, the advocate for the Petitioner made an endorsement on farad. Same is taken on record.

Arbitration petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
