Heard Mr. Kothari, learned Counsel for petitioners, Ms Chopda, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr. Upadhye, learned AGP for respondent No.2-State. 2.

Mr. Kothari submitted that petitioners have complied the requisitions made in paragraph 3 of the affidavit of Shri Venkat Purushottam Dharmadhikari, Assistant Director of Ayush, Mumbai in this Petition as also Writ Petition No.714 of 2017. Mr. Upadhye confirms this fact.

Mr. Kothari and Ms Chopda state that the parties have amicably settled controversy between them in terms of the minutes of order dated 28.07.2017. They have tendered minutes of order, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

Mr. Kothari states that Mr. A. I. Pathan, Executive Officer of petitioner No.1 is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of the identity card, which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Ms Chopda states that respondent No.1, Khurshida Bano Qamruddin Khan is present in the Court. She identifies her and has tendered photocopy of her PAN card, which is taken on record and marked 'C' for identification. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that Petition may be disposed of in terms of the minutes of the order. Ms Chopda submits that respondent No.2 may be directed to expedite process of finalizing proposal for payment of pension and gratuity. 5.

In view thereof, by consent of the parties, Petition is disposed of in terms of the minutes of order dated 28.07.2017. All the parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly.
