Pursuant to the order dated 19th October 2019, notice is served upon the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not co-operating with him. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that even otherwise election petition has become infructuous in view of fresh election already held. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that only 17 witnesses have been examined so far out of 115 who were served with the witness summons.

In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
