Heard the learned counsel for the

sl904 writ petitioner and the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the Chambers Orders and Notices of Motion, a case is made out for restoration of the petitions which were dismissed for non compliance by the order dated 5th January 2015 under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules. Accordingly, the Chambers Orders and the Notices of Motion are made absolute by setting aside the order of dismissal.
