By an order dated 1st March 2018 I restored the Testamentary Petition to file by making Notice of Motion No. 301 of 2017 absolute.

The Petitioner is present in Court. She says that she is unhappy with the services that she has got from the Advocate assigned to her. I do not propose to enter into any controversy. Ms Rupali Shinde stands discharged. Mrs Shahana Khan is present in Court and she say she will pursue her Testamentary Petition on her own.

I request Mrs Chandan Bhatt to assist Mrs Shahana Khan as this appears to be an uncontested Testamentary Petition for probate so far.

I am however make it clear that if at any stage it becomes contested, Mrs Bhatt will not be in a position to further assist Mrs Shahana Khan.
