In the said Affdaait of Seraice, it is mentioned that the bailiff in the Offce of Sheriff of Mumbai had aisited the place of Respondent No. 1 at the address mentioned in the cause title of SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT the Execution Application under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

Respondent No. 1 has accepted seraice and signed the acknowledgment on the original Notice. Hence, seraice has been completed on 24th Noaember 2017. The original Seraice Affdaait has been annexed to the Affdaait dated 23rd February 2018.

In aiew of the seraice haaing been effected on Respondent No. 1 by the bailiff from the Offce of Sheriff of Mumbai, the notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC is made absolute.

The Applicant is at liberty to take steps in furtherance of Execution Application.
