These two Motions seek condonation of two days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 31st January 2018 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavits of Shri. Sadanand Peshwe, Assistant Manager dated 5th October 2018 in support of these Notices of Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.
