This Company Petition has been filed by the Petitioner - Shradha Engineering Pvt. Ltd. seeking to windup the Respondent - Valecha Engineering Ltd. on the ground that the Company is unable to pay its debts. The claim in the Petition is for a sum of Rs.1,31,285/- on account of supply of certain machinery. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent company states that this sum of Rs.1,31,285/- shall be paid by the Respondent company to the Petitioner, within a period of one week from today. The statement is accepted. The Company Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. In the event, this payment is not made, liberty to the Petitioner to apply.
