Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition very fairly points out that the challenge in this petition is to the orders passed in appeal by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. In the above view, he seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings under the Customs Act, 1962, including filing of an appeal, if so advised. 2.
