The petition is for an extension of the arbitral mandate under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Between the parties there was an LLP agreement and an MoU signed by the petitioner and respondents Nos. 2 and 3. Disputes having arisen, these were referred to the sole arbitration of Mr Rohan Savant, learned advocate of this Court by an order dated 26/27th April 2018. The learned sole arbitrator entered upon the reference to his arbitration on 4th June 2018. The tabulation below paragraph 6 shows the progress made in arbitration. The cross-examination of the claimant's frst witness is under way.

The parties consented to an initial extension of six months and that time ended on 28th October 2019. Hence this petition. 3.

Having regard to these circumstances, especially since there seem to be diferent sets of respondents, additional time will be required. None of the parties can be held entirely or even largely responsible for the delay.

Time is extended by one year from today.

Petition disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
