Learned Counsel submits that by a resolution passed on 16 March 2015, Plaintiff No.1 has resolved that since the parties propose to settle their disputes outside the Court, the Plaintiffs want to withdraw the suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
