Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Hon'ble Court has granted leave under Order I Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for permitting the Plaintiff to file a suit against the Defendant in a representative capacity. He submits that as per Order I Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, they have to publish a notice in news paper. Hence, they filed the present Judge's Order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as per Order I Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner has made out a case for allowing the Basavraj G Patil 1/2
