P.C. :- The limited grievance made by the Petitioner is that there is no response whatsoever from Respondent No.2 as regards the Applications made on 11 July 2019 and on 2 August 2019 and the last one being 1 July 2022 by the Petitioner claiming refund. 2.

The least that Respondent No.2 could have done is to respond to the communication. Whatsoever may be the stand of Respondent No.2, we dispose of the Petition directing Respondent No.2 to

46-wp-86-23.doc communicate to the Petitioner the stand of Respondent No.2 as regards the Application within four weeks. We make it clear that we have not indicated as to what stand should be taken by Respondent No.2 as Respondent No.2 would take stand in that regard as per law and facts.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
