This is an application for post grant amendment to the Schedule of Assets annexed to Testamentary Petition No.2691 of 2019. The said Testamentary Petition was filed for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of one Manoharlal Munshiram Sharma who passed away on 16 th July 2016. This Court was pleased to grant Letters of Administration on 16 th January 2021. It was only the post Grant of Letters of Administration, that the Applicants/Petitioners became aware of few typographical errors committed in the Schedule of Assets. It is thus to give LGC

2 (36) ia-741.23.doc effect to the Grant of Letters of Administration, that the present Interim Application has been filed.

I have heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicants, perused the Interim Application and find that there is no impediment in allowing the same. The same is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice and for completeness of grant of Letters of Administration already issued by this Court. In view thereof, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) except the bracketed portion. The Applicants are allowed to carry out amendments in the Schedule of Assets. Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from this order being uploaded. Re-verification is not dispensed with.
