Considered the affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned therein, the delay is condoned and Misc. Petition No.628 of 2014 is restored to file. I am also restoring the notice of motion in view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner that he will remove all office objections on or before 31st January 2017.

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed by the next date, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
