By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks stay of the order dated 5th August, 2016. By a separate order passed by this Court today in the arbitration petition challenging the said impugned order, the arbitration petition is already admitted. In my view the applicant has made out a case for grant of stay without imposing any condition of deposit.

The notice of motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order to costs.
