The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of the Petition, dismissed by Order dated 26.09.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Ld.

Counsel for the Applicants submitted that this is an uncontested Testamentary Petition for grant of Letters of Administration. Petitioner was unable to pay court fees within time because of financial difficulty. Therefore, Petition was rejected.

Since matter is uncontested, contention of the Applicants needs to be accepted.

Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 28-02-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
