Perused the Minutes of the Sole Arbitrator dated 7 th August, 2016.

The conduct of the claimants recorded by the learned Arbitrator is very disturbing. However, by consent of the parties, Mr. Phiroz Bharucha, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Agreement dated 05-08-2009.

The disclosure of Mr. Phiroz Bharucha, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record. 3.

The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator in his chambers, on 3 rd September, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions. 4.
