Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Chamber Summons No.126 of 2016 seeking amendment in the Writ Petition. Though the prayer for amendment has been opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents, in the interest of justice, we allow the amendment. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks.
