The Judges order seeks permission to open a bank locker held by the deceased. The application is made by the Petitioner, who is the son of the deceased, in a petition for probate of the last will and testament of the deceased, as a sole executor of the will. Apart from the Petitioner, there are two other legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased, whose names and particulars are set out in paragraph-10 of the testamentary petition. The Petitioner seeks the present Judges Order for making an inventory of the contents of the locker and depositing the keys after such inventory with the Prothonotary and Senior Master. As and when the bank locker in pursuance of the Judges Order is required to be opened for inventory, a notice of opening of such locker shall be given to the legal heirs of the deceased referred to in paragraph-10 of the petition.
