The parties have settled their dispute. There shall be an order and decree in terms of the consent terms signed by parties and their advocates as also mediator. The plaintiff has handed over possession of the two flats in her occupation which has been stated in the copy of the possession letter and two no objection letters annexed to the consent terms. The keys of the flats are handed over to defendant No.1 in Court.

Suit is disposed of accordingly. Notices of Motion Nos.1046 of 2013, 123 of 2014 and 730 of 2014 are also disposed of. There shall be half refund of court fees. Consent terms are marked 'X'. ( ROSHAN DALVI, J. )
