The present review petition is filed by a Petitioner, who is in the same position as the Review Petitioner in the companion Review Petition, being Review Petition No.38/2016. As much as that Review Petitioner, even this Review Petitioner is a third party, who is not a party to the order sought to be reviewed. He was not a party to the writ petition in which the order came to be passed. For the reasons indicated in the companion order in Review Petition No.38/2016, this review petition is also dismissed with the same clarifications, as issued in Review Petition No.38/2016.
