The Petitioners who are doctors have impugned the Notice dated 19.09.2014 under Section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 and the Order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the Designated Authority. It is admitted position that the Petitioners have filed the Regularization Application in respect of the works carried out in the premises in question. In the circumstances, the Petition is disposed of by passing the following order. : ORDER :

(I) The Regularization Application of the Petitioners shall be heard and disposed of in spk.

3158-14-WP.doc 07.01.2015 2/2 accordance with law by the Respondent No. 1 Corporation within a period of eight weeks from today.

(II) Until the Regularization Application is decided and for a period of two weeks from the date of communicating the decision to the Petitioners, the Respondent No. 1 Corporation shall not take any coercive action.
