Advocate for the Claimant submits that they preferred present Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for execution of award dated 11.8.2010 in Arbitration Application No.SRR/ACP.No.64 of 2010.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant Claimant and averments made in affidavit in support of Execution Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the notice. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Notice preferred under Order XXI Rule 22 of Mohite 1/2

5 n1831-15 the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is allowed. b) Claimant can proceed with Execution Application according to law.

c) Notice stands disposed of accordingly.
