The Chamber Summons was served in October 2015. There is no reply. I am unwilling to grant time for a reply after all these months.

The Chamber Summons seeks an amendment of the Plaint to include events and facts that subsequently came to the Plaintiffs' knowledge. In fact, they came to Plaintiffs' knowledge only because 14th July 2016

244-CHS-1345-2015.DOC this Court passed an order on 14th July 2015, inter alia granting an injunction and appointing a Receiver. It was during the Receiver's visit that the Plaintiffs learnt that the Defendants make yet another series of products similar to those in respect of which the ad-interim order was granted. Details of these are set out in the schedule to the Chamber Summons.

For these reasons, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

The amendments in terms of the schedule to the Chamber Summons to be carried out on or before 29th July 2016. 6.

Copy of the amended Plaint to be served on the Advocates for the Defendants on 5th August 2016.

Liberty to the Plaintiff to apply for further reliefs in relation to the products included in the Plaint by these amendments. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 14th July 2016
