This is the Plaintiff's Chamber Summons for amendment in regard to certain subsequent developments and following the death of the original Defendant No. 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out on or before 7th 23rd September 2016

Those Defendants who have filed Written Statements will be at liberty to file additional Written Statements on or before 30th November 2016. In addition, they will also be entitled to file an Additional Affidavit in Reply to the pending Notice of Motion by 18th November 2016. Those Defendants who have not yet filed Written Statements or Affidavits in Reply will also do so by 30th November 2016 and 18th November 2016 respectively. 4.

All rights and contentions of both sides are expressly kept open.
