Payments are required to be made to 117 workmen as set out in Annexure C at running page 262 of the Affidavit in Reply filed by the Respondent dated 24-10-2016. The Advocates representing the workmen shall within a period of four weeks from today provide the bank particulars including the Account numbers of the workmen along with a copy of their Aadhar Card to the Advocate for the Company. The Company shall transfer the amounts due to such workers by way of RTGS. The Industrial Court upon being satisfied that the Company has paid the dues of all the 117 workmen, shall allow the Respondent Company to withdraw the amounts deposited in Court. In view thereof, nothing survives in the above Writ SSP 1/2
wp 641 of 2016 (933).sxw Petition and the same is accordingly disposed off. The Notice of Motion also stands disposed off.
