Mr. Hariani, counsel for respondent no.2 states that they have all intentions to comply with the court's order dated 14th March, 2014. Mr. Harinai further states that respondent no.4 has received a communication from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that the company would be struck off the register as it is dormant for some time. Mr. Hariani states that they have all intentions to sit with Mrs. Dhanraj Kothari but they have not been even provided address of Mrs. Dhanraj Kothari by petitioner. Though I find it very difficult to accept what Mr. Hariani is saying, nevertheless petitioner to provide the address of Mrs. Dhanraj Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 44.CONP-95-2014.doc Kothari and request Mrs. Kothari, by a letter with copy sent to respondent no.2, to fix up a convenient time for both the parties to meet Mrs. Kothari and take the matter forward.

Statement of Mr. Hariani that respondent no.2 will fully co-operate with petitioner is accepted. Therefore, petition stands dismissed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
